We understand that life happens and appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled. However, as a small business, we rely on our appointments to keep our schedule full and our therapists working. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency for all of our clients. 


Cancellation Policy:

We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will also be charged the full service cost.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. You will still be charged the full service cost. 


Payment of Fees:
