3. Booking and Payment:
   To book a massage appointment, you must provide accurate and complete information about yourself, including your name, email address, phone number, and credit card information. You agree to pay for all services in full and on time. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
    

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
   Yes, however you'll need to give at-least 24 hours notice from the time of your booking. If your cancellation or rescheduling falls within the 24 hour period, then your payment will not be refunded and you will need to rebook at an additional cost. We have this procedure as appointments are likely to fill up for the week and any sudden changes can impact the flow of the system and business. 5. Health Information and Consent:
   You agree to provide accurate and complete health-related information to us, including medical history, areas of concern for massage therapy, and other relevant information. You also agree to inform us of any changes to your health information. By using our services, you consent to receive massage therapy from our licensed and trained therapists.
    

6. Liability:
   We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during or as a result of your use of our services. You assume all risks associated with using our services.
    

7. Intellectual Property:
   Our website and services contain proprietary information and materials that are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

   We may terminate your use of our services at any time for any reason, with notice of course.

    These terms of use are governed by the laws of New South Whales. Any disputes arising out of these terms of use will be resolved in the courts of New South Whales.
