CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens and appointments sometimes need to be rescheduled. However, as a small business, we rely on our appointments to keep our schedule full and our therapists working. Therefore, we have a cancellation policy to ensure fairness and efficiency for all of our clients.
Cancellation Policy:
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost. If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will also be charged the full service cost.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. You will still be charged the full service cost.
Payment of Fees:

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
Upon purchasing a Gift Voucher, the purchaser is required to agree to the following terms and conditions. ​​

I AGREE TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Voucher purchase price has a 6 month Expiry Date (182 days) and must be redeemed by the expiry date. There will be no exceptions for the recipient using the voucher at a later date.
2. We have a strict cancellation policy. Please see our terms and conditions above.
3. Voucher Code is required at the time of making an online booking.
4. Calm Studio Massage & Wellness are not responsible for the loss of a voucher code.
5. Voucher can be redeemed for a service of the same or lesser value, or person can upgrade by paying the difference.
6. Voucher can be used for all of our services, including consultations.
7. Prices of treatments are liable to change: therefore at the time of redemption, if a service price is more than the amount the voucher was purchased for, the recipient is required to pay the difference.
8. Gift Voucher Purchase is non-refundable and no refunds will be issued in the case of 'change of mind'. This also applies for differences in value if entire value is not redeemed.

Our voucher expiry period is clearly stated and agreed to at the time of purchase.
Vouchers are purchased with a 6-month expiry period clearly outlined and accepted by the purchaser during checkout. This meets the legal criteria for a shorter expiry, as permitted by NSW Fair Trading guidelines.
